Explaining Competent and Not-Yet-Competent.

  • Competent: (having the necessary ability, knowledge, or skill to do something successfully.) You attended the contact session (or RPL), completed all your Formative Activities and Summative Activities. One of the registered Assessors and have assessed, a Moderator moderated and the SETA verified that your evidence meet all the required evidence.
  • Not-Yet-Competent: You have not meet all the required evidence during the Summative Assessment Processed and found Not-Yet-Competent, meaning that there might be one or two aspects outstanding before they can deem you competent.
